By using this website and submitting a commission request, you agree to the following terms.

All artworks are custom-made and created individually after commission approval.
Before making any payment, customers must complete the commission request form.
Payment is requested only after I confirm acceptance of the commission by email.

Once payment is completed and production has started, cancellations and refunds are not accepted.
